OMNNI provided architectural design of a 2,500-square-foot addition and renovation of the existing 2,400-square-foot terminal building. Design included office space, larger ADA compliant toilet facilities, large meeting room and flight planning and pilot’s lounge.
Structural design included:
• Modifications to the existing wood-framed terminal building including floor framing in-fill and framing at new window and skylights
• Two-story clear steel framed entry towers with sloped wood roofs
• Wood-framed building additions on standard concrete foundations
