OMNNI provided real estate services for 34 acquisitions on a two mile urban/rural reconstruction project on USH 10 (Ryan Street). The project included fee, PLE, TLE and utility conveyance acquisitions. The project also included three parcels that needed business signs to be relocated. A right-of-way blitz meeting was held. Responsibilities included negotiations with property owners, coordination with subconsultants, city staff, and LPA representatives. All acquisitions comply with Chapter 32 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
