New Fitness Facility, Green Bay, Wisconsin
This renovation project included phased demolition of a portion of the existing facility to construct a new metal building between two existing buildings. The new building has a curved glass canopy and houses offices, locker rooms, work-out equipment, and a bar/kitchenette.
Production Facility, Appleton, Wisconsin
Design included two building additions totaling 26,600 square feet. Additions house equipment lines, truck docks and hazardous material storage. OMNNI provided architectural, civil, environmental, geotechnical and structural services, as well as construction observation.
